Terms of Service

Idle Hunter is a Discord game for hunting, collecting items, progressing through levels, and playing with tribes. These Terms apply to the bot and this website. By using Idle Hunter, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Idle Hunter is independently operated and is not endorsed by Discord.

You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum age required by Discord and the laws where you live. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, a parent or guardian must review these Terms and permit your use where required. You must also follow Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Do not use self-bots, macros, scripts, account farming, or other unauthorized automation to gain an advantage. Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items, bypass cooldowns or verification, interfere with the service, or access another person’s account. Report vulnerabilities privately to support instead of abusing or distributing them.

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, scam, spam, or post unlawful content. Tribe names, descriptions, messages, and other submitted content must respect other people’s rights and Discord’s rules. You retain your rights in content you submit and allow us to store and display it as needed to operate the features you use.

Coins, gems, equipment, crates, rewards, and other game items are virtual gameplay features. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money or real-world prizes, and must not be sold or used for real-money wagering. Chance-based minigames are for entertainment; outcomes and rewards are not guaranteed. We may rebalance items, odds, progression, or the game economy. These Terms do not offer any paid product; any future paid offering must have separate purchase terms and legally required disclosures.

We may restrict features, remove inappropriate content, reverse illegitimate rewards, or suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe an action was mistaken. You may stop playing at any time and request deletion under the Privacy Policy. Removing the bot from a server does not automatically erase an individual game account.

The service may be interrupted, updated, reset, or discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent preservation of virtual progress. Where practical, significant changes will be announced through the bot or support community. Do not rely on the game for anything of financial or other material value.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without guarantees about uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To that extent, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The updated date on this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels, such as the bot or support community. Where required, we will seek agreement before applying a change. If you disagree with revised Terms, stop using the service.
